I am Fida bint Najeh ...It all started with a prayer during hajj to discover the universe and the outer world ... it opened my awareness to the world inside us,our thoughts, judgements, personalities and points of views that are creating our lives.

True transformation doesn't happen by waiting for external circumstances to change. It happens when you gather your inner energy, step out of your comfort zone, and actively drive your life forward. If you feel stuck, anxious, or fearful about stepping into your independence, you are not alone.
